Cancellation & membership

During the 7-day trial
The first seven days are free. If you cancel before the trial ends, the pending membership invoice is cancelled. Otherwise, the invoice for the full price of your selected package is activated and sent after the trial ends.
After the trial
Later cancellation depends on your membership’s agreed term and cancellation deadline. Final renewal rules and when access ends are not yet settled and will be displayed before you sign up.
Planned cancellation through Finasca
Cancellation is intended to use the personal link in your Finasca confirmation email. There you select your membership and confirm cancellation. Finasca is intended to send you a confirmation and notify Bums.date. This flow is not yet connected for Bums.date.
Invoices and the trial
Payment is by invoice. No credit card is needed. The invoice covers the entire selected period; the displayed monthly price is not a monthly instalment.
